Afik Maa’var to Technion - General information
Afik Maa’var offer the possibility to be admitted to the Technion by taking academic courses through The Open University of Israel or through the Technion School of Continuing Studies.
In the Afik Maa’var you can take certain academic courses and be accepted to the Technion if you meet the requirements in terms of grades, repetition in courses and more.
Please Note:
- All those admitted to the Technion based on Afik Maa’var are required to show knowledge of English, when applying to the Technion after completing the Afik Ma’avar.
- It is important to emphasize that studies in the Afik Maa’var are intended solely for new students who previously studied at Technion or for students with a previous academic background from other institutions.
- Afik Maa’var is intended for those with a matriculation certificate (Bagrut = בגרות).
The Afik Maa’var for candidates who don’t have a matriculation certificate (bagrut= בגרות) need to follow the requirements of the Afik Maa’var from the Open University and additional requirements.
